 Erratum

The April 1998 issue of the SCLD Update contained a new fact sheet entitled "Cigarettes, Chewing Tobacco & Snuff: State Excise Tax Laws." The current tax rate for Wisconsin, noted on the table on the back of the fact sheet, should read "59 cents," effective 1997.
